• Personalized Coaching

    Women of all ages come to me seeking help with a wide range of sex & relationship issues. So many women are quietly dealing with low desire, wanting more orgasm and pleasure, feelings of shame and societal pressures around body image, identity, aging and sexuality, establishing boundaries in their relationships, asking for what they want and dealing with major life changes. What my clients all have in common is transition. A new beginning, an ending for something in-between. These transitions can impact a woman’s connection to her own body and the intimate relationships in her life. I am here to help you navigate those transitions, reconnect with pleasure and help you fully step into your unique erotic expression.

    I see clients for coaching sessions in-person in Historic Folsom, on Zoom or at alternative locations by special arrangement.

  • The Collective

    I am a collaborator with the Back to the Body Collective. We are a group of sex educators, coaches & therapists dedicated to providing local sexual wellness workshops & retreat experiences for women. We are located all across the county and I lead a variety of retreats and workshops for women here in Northern California. These are very small, in-person opportunities designed for women of all ages creating a time of intimate sisterhood and community.

  • Between the Covers

    I facilitate a different kind of book club every other month on a sex & relationship title in collaboration with three independent book stores in the Sacramento Region.

  • Sisterhood Happy Hour

    Join me once a month for Sisterhood Happy Hour with a focus on connection & intimacy with other women in this community. I have found we all are craving a place to talk freely. A space free of judgment or shame about the challenges we face in our lives & relationships. Sisterhood Happy Hour was inspired by my desire & passion for creating more spaces for sisterhood in this busy world. You are invited to join me monthly for connection, support & discussion with a focus on the erotic. Each month we will gather to explore a variety of sex & relationship topics. Real girl talk & authentic connection. These groups will be limited to just 12 women and will be hosted at a beautiful loft space overlooking Sutter Street in Historic Folsom. Wine, beer, non-alcoholic options & gourmet snacks will be provided. The next Sisterhood Happy Hour is Wednesday May 22nd at 6pm. Cost is $30 or check out my online store, this offering is now complimentary in my monthly personalized coaching package.
